Wick Cutter
This wick cutter is perfect to get down into the deep or narrow candles. Cutting the wick to 1/4" is ideal for having a candle burn perfectly even. Too long of wicks can cause the scent to burn too fast due to the high tempature of the flame. Keeping the wick low will ensure that the candle resides at the same tempature and the scent will be noticeable at every burn session. Clean off cutter after each cut or the soot and wax will build uo on the blades making it harder to cut. DO NOT CUT A NON-BURNT WICK, it just wont cut it, use scissors. I cut the wick to where it should be before I ship it, so you should not have to cut it until your second burn, cut wick before each burn.
Returns/Refunds
I do accept returns and refunds on candles only that have no tbeen opened or used in any way.
If there is an issue with a candle, please reach out to me and we can discuss. If you simply dont like the scent,
you may exchange it for the same size candle, but you as the buyer are responsible for the return fee and the new
shipping fee from me. If I recieve a candle that is broken/damaged in any way, during the return/exchange process,
you will not be able to get another candle in exchange due to the poor packaging of the returned candle you sent.
Shipping
I do ship anywhere, buyer is responsible for shipping fee. It is a low shipping fee depending on the
weight, meaning if you buy 12ct of 16oz candles, it will be pretty expensive to ship that much weight. I try to
cut back on the shipping fee for the buyers.
